Ultrasonic Extracts are superior quality “Solventless” Extracts, which truly use Restructured Distilled Water as a solvent to produce impressive Full Spectrum Extracts. Using Organic or Wildharvested Herbs & Plant Material, our team uses Ultrasonic Technology to remove plant alkaloids, essential oils, waxes & lipids from the Plant Material quickly & effectively.
Through several stages of Vacuum Distillation and a patient Rotary Evaporation process, our team delicately explores extracting new Botanical Allies monthly and formulates the Ultrasonic Extract into an easy to use solution for you. ultrasonic extracts

are botanical extracts which are contain the full spectrum of active constituents and phytochemicals. These Ultrasonic Extracts contain lipids, terpenes, phenols, plant alkaloids, flavonoids, carbonylic compounds, antioxidants, vitamins, pigments & enzymes – a rich, full-spectrum extract. Ultrasonic extraction and Ultrasonic assisted extraction produces improved extraction results. This is defined as higher yields with high quality extracts offering a complete compound / aroma profile and full-flavour spectrum.

Ultrasonic waves

produce a mechanical sheer force through the process of cavitation which break down the cell walls of plant material. This powerful shearing action releases the active constituents found in the plant directly into the solvent at low temperatures. It’s possible to take this full-spectrum enriched Ultrasonic Solution and reduce it down using vacuum distillation at low temperatures.

We are currently choosing to use water

~ the stable solvent & medium for life. This has some advantages and several disadvantages. Currently in this phase we are most excited about diving into with it’s stability, non-flammability and non-toxic nature. Through this steady and time-consuming process we can produce an Ultrasonic Extract without any residual toxins and water is an abundant fluid necessary for life!

What I’m discovering through

subjective experience is these extracts can truly be felt when ingested – they bring forth what can previously be experienced as low-dose subtleties to a balanced and full-spectrum experience. My personal experience is the Ultrasonic Extracts can produce an effective medium for delivering the full spectrum of potential therapeutic aspects offered by plants into a finalized concentrated extract.

We’re currently in the infancy stages of testing the potential of our equipment – using 1-2 pounds per run which takes us about 1-1.5 weeks per batch for our artisan extracts. So far we’ve learned so much from our mistakes from cracked flasks, leaking jars, clogging filters with micronized gum/resin, expired saturated plant material.
