Tribulus is commonly known as Puncture Vine, and in Ayurvedic medicine Tribulus is known by the name as Gokshura. Tribulus terrestris is a tonic herb used both in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine as a jing tonic and to support liver health. In both traditions, Tribulus is recognized as an aphrodisiac ~ often used in herbal formulations to aid with impotence, low libido & erectile dysfunction. Tribulus is an annual plant of the Zygophyllaceae family and grows in the Mediterranean and subtropical regions of India, China, Mexico, Bulgaria, Spain, Pakistan. The fruit is the part of the plant most commonly used and found to have the most therapeutic efficacy.

Our Ultrasonic Extract of Tribulus is my first experience of this plant taken without the synergy of other plant allies ~ Tribulus is often combined with other Chinese herbs (ie. used in some of Ron Teegarden Dragon Herbs formulas).  Tribulus is one of those Jing Tonic herbs, well known in Ayurveda & Traditional Chinese Medicine. After producing and experimenting with this plant extract, my physiology has an innerstanding on what a Jing Tonic truly provides.
