Consult Options

 

• Quick Consult (10-15 Min) - $77
  • This is a quick Zoom call with Dr. Nick at our most affordable option for very direct and targeted questions and recommendations.  Provides personalized access at an accessible rate for most to efficiently ask questions and for suggestions.
• Alchemy Club Member (Up to 1 Hr) - $123
  • Our private Alchemy Club members receive a nice discount for a Premium Consult with Dr. Nick at over 50% off.  We are grateful to our members for their botanical inspiration and are happy to support our members with 1-1 personalized consultations.  This does not entail discussions about custom blends or product development service and is more tailored to personal lifestyle.
• Private Consult (Up to 1 Hr) - $175
  • This is a personalized 1 hour conversation about lifestyle optimization with Dr. Nick.  This option provides an array of lifestyle solutions, ranging from botanical, technological & health practices to hone in on your goals. Many people receive months worth of new practices and tools to take their well-being to new levels within an hour together.
• Premium Consultation - $275
  • Our Premium Consultation is a full service consult which starts off with a full health intake to hone in on your goals, and discover any health / emotional challenges prior to our call.  With this information, Dr. Nick will have a more full scope to discuss potential options for growth and expansion during our 1 hour call.  During the 1 hour call, our Premium Consultation customers will receive an email of notes listing the primary topics and suggestions recommended to the client, for optimal implementation and ease.
• Wizard Consult (Premium Consult + $150 in Product) - $333
  • Our Premium Consult which also includes an additional $150 credit on Essential Oil Wizardry products. This is a great value for a deeper dive consult when you are looking to incorporate more botanicals and tinctures to enhance the quality of your life.
• Product Development Consulting (Up to 1 Hr) - $575
  • This is a more advanced consulting discussion targeted around product development & discuss extraction methods for a concept formulation.  Having formulated well over 100 different essential oil products, extracting over 20 plants in-house using ultrasonic extraction technology, a single hour of brainstorming a concept can help actualize and expedite a concept into a finalized sample. We may rule out inefficiencies, come up with new additions to a formulation, select ideal extraction methods for your vision.
  • In some cases, client may desire assistance with sourcing plant material or plant extract - this may be offered on a case-by-case basis, for an additional referral fee.
• Bundle Package (3 Sessions + $150 Product Credit) - $777
  • Our Bundle Package includes an initial full health intake and three 1 hour sessions to track positive movement forward. This will take place at a rate of 1 meeting / month and will be valid for 3 months from date of first call, with the mutual goal to maintain a general trend of growth together. Our Bundle Package includes $150 Product Credit.
  • Client will have the optional opportunity to retake health intake forms prior to subsequent meetings to review and compare progress & results on goals.
• Monthly Coaching Package (Includes weekly calls + $333 in EOW Product Credit) - $1111
  • This deluxe option is a new way to engage with our founder Dr. Nick for a deeper, short-term mentorship. Monthly Coaching Package includes an initial full health intake and four 1 hour sessions to track positive movement forward. This will take place at a rate of 1 meeting / week for a total of 4 sessions.
  • Monthly Coaching Package includes $333 Product Credit which may be used at any time.
  • Client will have the optional opportunity to retake health intake forms prior to follow-up meetings to review and compare progress & results on goals.
  • Regarding schedule, we may schedule a weekly time to chat OR schedule follow-up meeting at end of every call to remain consistent.

Scheduling

After purchasing a consultation, our team will contact you via email (typically within 24-48 hours) with several potential times / dates to meet with Dr. Nick via Zoom.  In some cases, we can arrange other platforms to chat (ie. Telegram)
