We are thrilled to guarantee our community’s satisfaction of each of Essential Oil Wizardry Products!  If you are not stoked about the quality of your product, email us within 111 days ~ you may return the product and we will happily offer you a product exchange of similar value, or a full refund minus our shipping cost per your preference. We will request any feedback you have about the purchased item for our development & growth – this feedback will not negatively influence us honoring your warranty.

While we have not had this issue to date, entire orders above $250+ and/or Wholesale Orders will be addressed on a case by case basis, taking your satisfaction in consideration & heart. Our intention is to guarantee the quality of our items with your satisfaction, and we will honor up to a single exchange for each item per purchase order, within the 111 Day time window.

As a small family-run company, Essential Oil Wizardry appreciates your integrity for respecting the generosity of our Wizard Warranty – for many years now this Wizard Warranty has been our unwritten policy. Our Wizard Warranty is intended to empower our community to feel confident behind each purchase, and is not intended to allow a broad sampling of our product collection. We will not resell items returned to us, so we appreciate your in-depth consideration for each of our fine selection before requesting our Wizard Warranty.

* For our rare & exotic items, we honour this warranty ONLY for the smallest size – if you are sampling an exotic flower, consider selecting the smallest size before placing a larger volume order. We cannot resell opened / returned bottles, hence our request <3 *
