Dr. Nick's Notes
Gotu Kola is believed to support cognitive function and mental clarity, while serving to reduce stress as an adaptogen. Alike Skullcap, this herb assists the body adaptation to stress, and promote a sense of calmness. When I work with Gotu Kola, I note a subjective enhancement of cognition and concentration, something similar to Lion's Mane or Gingko Biloba, though this tincture adds a nice flavor of adaptive stress-reducing qualities.
Individuals seeking natural supplements to support cognitive function, memory, and mental clarity may consider using Gotu Kola tincture. Gotu Kola has been researched to reduce inflammation and some consider it's usage for skin health or even wound healing. In general, my favorite uses for Gotu Kola are to aid with stress levels and to promote a sense of calmness and relaxation, while also stimulating mental acuity.
