Which lavender variety should I use?

We carry several lavender varieties, each with its own character. Our high-elevation fine (vera) lavender from a master distiller in France is Dr. Nick’s current go-to for quality and price. Our Bulgarian lavender, from a family farm that grows its own organic plants, is one of the most floral and sweet options we carry. Mt. Shasta lavender, organically cultivated on a ranch in Montague, has a soft, balanced, gentle profile.
