Which lavender variety should I use?

We carry several lavender varieties, each with its own character. Our high-elevation fine (vera) lavender from a master distiller in France is Dr. Nick’s current go-to for quality and price. Shasta lavender, organically cultivated on a ranch in Montague, has a soft, balanced, gentle profile.
