Dr. Nick Notes
Sweet marjoram is a perennial herb, related to oregano - marjoram has been used for centuries. Sweet Marjoram has been used as a ceremonial offering to Osiris the God of the underworld in Ancient Egypt, and to Aphrodite the Goddess of Love by the Greeks & Romans. Sweet Marjoram oil is a powerful feminine support aid that calls in more stillness, peace and receptivity.
Sweet Marjoram essential oil may be therapeutic in dealing with muscular pain, soreness, spasms, headaches, menstrual and menopausal symptoms, stress, anxiety, hyperactivity & insomnia. Sweet Marjoram essential oil is energetically calming and uplifting to the spirit - the scent is deeply herbaceous, comforting, soothing and invites a deeper level of calm.

This is a real special one. Don’t know what else I can say. I am a classical musician and diffuse this when it feels like the right mood for that day, to put me in flow for a 4hr practice session.
