Dr. Nick’s Notes

After living on a mountain on 23 acres for several years, my body notes a more critical response during “allergy season”, especially when I am personally cutting grass. From my previous research, I’ve found Helichrysum and German Chamomile to yield some of the best anti-allergenic responses, and made a blend of these two extracts for personal use. It’s been a few years and many individuals have tried Allergee, with a majority experiencing a notable improvement.

This blend for me, helps the body adapt to the local allergens in the environment while also providing 1-3 hours of reduction in symptoms. When I use Allergee daily, I find my response to “allergy season” evolves more quickly, and I tend to adapt to the environment and shorten my season of symptoms. Typically, I will use Allergee 2-3 times each day and experience about 2-4 weeks of adapting to the local allergens. For me, this is an adaptive solution with symptomatic relief, that is a primary go-to each Spring season!
