Mike & Barb Water Boy Water Solutions delivered the best quality service I could have imagined.
After years of poor quality water, and several specialists unable to tackle some of our water quality issues (ie. Arsenic, Iron, Boron etc.), Mike & Barb crafted a customized well system specifically for our well. Working with Mike & Barb was a dream. The price was very reasonable, they helped me analyze the water, design a customized system which was within my budget and helped me with payment plan. After several months, we got the system installed and my wife and I are showering in pure water and can even drink out of the tap!
Truly, they went above & beyond every step of the way. They were accessible by phone, email, and gave me special discounts here & there. I couldn’t find a local installer for months who would install our system and Mike & Barb even did research in our neighborhood for us! When the device was installed, one of the plugs was stripped which required us to replace a housing unit. This was an error on our part and I offered to pay for the replacement. They insisted to replace it only at the cost of shipping!
All & All, the price including installation was fantastic for the customized 5 piece setup we have, the quality of water is outstanding, and they are the sweetest people who are committed to customer service. If I have water questions, I know they will continue to be here for me and my wife!
