Perfectly balanced Tunisian Rosemary Cineole, French Lavender Mailette and Indian Peppermint combine to produce Trinity Blend ~ a concentrated hair tonic, muscle rub and (Central Nervous System (CNS) balancing formulation. When overstimulated, the lavender in Trinity Blend provides some relaxation ~ when tired, the peppermint & rosemary act as stimulating agents to bring the body/mind back to center. Trinity Blend's aroma demonstrates a clear uplifting, sweet menthol ~ well balanced with eucalyptole notes and a sweet, gentle lavender. When inhaling this synergy, my mind receives a restorative clarity which puts the best-ever smile on my face! Trinity is perfect infused into another carrier oil to create a refreshing massage oil, which is quite pleasant to massage into the scalp or head. Uses
- Apply topically to the scalp, temples as desired for balancing the nervous system or to support headaches.
- Infuse our Trinity Oil into a carrier oil using 5-20% Trinity Blend for a delightful massage body massage oil.
- Massage Trinity into the bottom of the feet for centering before mediation or after a bath.
- Trinity is phenomenal as a laundry detergent additive at about 2-5 drops per load ~ brings a new scent & feel to the idea of fresh laundry!

Trinity Blend is one of Essential Oil Wizardry's foundational Wizard Alchemy Blends, combining lavender, rosemary, and peppermint — three of the most versatile and well-researched essential oils in aromatherapy. This trinity of botanical allies is traditionally used together for headache relief, mental clarity, respiratory support, and energetic refreshment. Formulated by Dr. Nick Berry, it is one of EOW's most accessible everyday-use blends.
Lavender contributes calming, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties; rosemary adds stimulating, circulatory, and clarity-promoting effects; and peppermint provides cooling, decongestant, and pain-relieving action. Together they address tension headaches and migraines, mental fog, sinus congestion, muscle tension, and general nervous system support. The blend is suitable for both diffusion and topical use.
Dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the temples, forehead, and base of the skull at the first sign of a headache. A small amount applied to the wrists and inhaled can also provide fast aromatic relief. For tension headaches specifically, a gentle massage of the blend (diluted) into the neck and shoulder muscles addresses the root muscular cause. Diffusing in a cool, dark room during a migraine episode provides ongoing aromatic support. Note that this blend is already diluted in a carrier oil, so diluting further is optional depending on the user’s preference.
Yes — Trinity Blend is one of EOW's most universally tolerated everyday blends and is safe for regular aromatic and topical use when properly diluted. Topical application should be diluted in a carrier oil at 2–3%. Peppermint-containing blends should be used with caution around young children and should not be applied near the face of infants. Avoid contact with eyes.
