Respire is a potent respiratory blend with essences documented to have anti-viral properties. Designed to elegantly open the lungs, use Respire to act as an effective anti-microbial with a pleasant flavor profile. Respire works great as a pure vapor oil or using the steam pot method.
Respire opens the bronchioles while containing effective anti-viral constituents (Ravensara, Eucalyptus, Thyme, and Leleshwa). Designed to be applied onto the chest or throat at first sign of cold, flu or respiratory infection, Respire is a well-balanced medicinal respiratory formula. Respire may also be inhaled undiluted as a vapor oil, through an essential oil vaporizer or diffuser.
This essential oil blend emits cooling menthol vapors with brisk citrus notes and a soft bite. Respire is deeply relaxing while also containing the ability to promote mental focus. As smooth as it is potent, Respire is my favorite essential oil to open the lungs and support the body in recovery during a sore throat, or any coughing symptoms.
Uses
Add a few drops into the hands and rub palms together. Create a cupped shape with the hands and bring up to the mouth. Breathe in the vapors deeply, as many times as you feel are supportive. Sometimes coughing may occur! Which means that this strong expectorant is working, helping to break up junk in the lungs. Respire can be added to your essential oil diffuser or a steam pot (be sure to keep your eyes closed when inhaling via this method, as the vapors are strong and can be irritating to the eyes). You may dilute this blend before use to extend its usage - do note this is one of our few essential oil blends that comes undiluted!Â

Respire is a Wizard Alchemy Blend by Dr. Nick Berry formulated to support open, clear, and comfortable breathing. It draws from botanical allies traditionally used for respiratory support, including eucalyptus, peppermint, and other airway-clearing essential oils, and is designed for diffusion and topical use on the chest and throat area. It is a go-to EOW blend during seasonal respiratory challenges.
Diffuse Respire in your living space or bedroom to keep airways clear, especially during sleep. For topical use, dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the chest, upper back, and base of the throat — similar to a traditional chest rub application. A few drops in a bowl of hot water for steam inhalation is another effective delivery method for immediate respiratory clearing. Some people like to place a drop of Respire right below the nose, or take 1-2 drops into the palms of the hands, and take several deep inhalations.

i would love to note one of my favorite ways to use this oil is on the back of my neck and stomach for when i need to cool down. it helps you cool off SO MUCH!
