Our Meditate Resin is a fantastically balanced botanical extract for helping to optimize the brain and body, alike a nootropic blend.  When I take a healthy amount of Meditate Resin (ie. 1 pea sized amount), I find my focus enhance, random thoughts dissipate, my mood enhanced and my creativity peaks. There’s a mild pleasant buzz, with a warm and clear body sensation, with a undertone of brightness and mild visual clarity. When I take Meditate Resin, I can tune into a state of presence and focus on the task at hand, whether it’s a linear or non-linear goal.

This is generally a balanced extract with an easy and gentle onset, without a perceived crash after the experience. The flavor profile is one of our most tasty resins, a mix of herbaceous sweetness. Some like to mix this into a warm beverage or into tea, while others will just ingest the resin directly.  I cannot recommend the appropriate dose for everybody; In the words of my Thai friends – start low and go slow.  I’ve found a grain of rice to be a nice starting dosage, and have found a pea sized amount to offer a nice clear-headed focus and creative lift for the day & night.

This is an ultra-concentrated resin taking approximately 100 grams of a Blue Lotus & Damiana blend concentrated into each gram of resin, also known as 100x Extract. I tend to ingest this resin most often directly, though it’s enjoyable infused into elixirs, tea, cacao or added into water. When taken before bed, I note a graceful expansion, and ease of transition into sleep with more vivid dreams.
