Lemon Balm aka Melissa Hydrosol is the byproduct of the distillation and yields a cheery, bright citrus aroma, that is much softer compared to the pure essential oil. Our Lemon Balm Hydrosol is rather stimulating, refreshing to the skin and helps to lift the mood on a down day. Hydrosols are much more jovial and light compared to the pure essential oils and when applied to the body & face this is quite refreshing. Melissa is intriguing as it is both calming and invigorating, simultaneously!
