Our grape alcohol extracted Cacao Absolute results in a thick viscous solvent extracted Absolute (often mistaken called "Chocolate Essential Oil" or "Chocolate Oil") which is soluble in alcohol (non-soluble in oil). The fragrance is a deep, rich temple of chocolate prayer – the flavor has sweet, potently euphoric chocolate notes that end quite bitter if not diluted or used in extremely low concentrations. Precautions

Note that this extract is somewhat sticky. Very strong smell – small amounts go a long way and can deeply overpower aromatic blends if not careful.
