We find for our Ultrasonic Extract Tinctures, sublingual (under the tongue) absorption held for 30-60 seconds, leads to better subjective absorption / effects.

- ¼ dropper to 1 dropperful used to promote relaxation, calmness, or aid with sleep.
- Infuse ¼ - 1 dropperful into a warm cup of herbal tea or infuse into water to drink. Try adding with honey, coconut cream, your favorite natural sweetener, to offset the bitter flavor.
