How a Consultation Works

1. Purchase Your Consult — Select the consultation type that fits your needs and budget. Options range from a 10–15 minute targeted quick consult to a full 1-hour private session or a 3-session bundle for ongoing support.
2. Scheduling — After your purchase, our team will reach out via email within 24–48 hours with several available dates and times. Consultations are conducted via Jitsi video call. In some cases, other platforms such as Telegram or Zoom can be arranged.
3. Your Session — During the consultation, Dr. Nick will discuss your specific goals — whether that's targeted wellness support, lifestyle optimization, botanical education, or product development. Sessions are personalized and conversational, not scripted or templated.
4. Follow-Up — After your Private Consult or Bundle Package, you'll receive a follow-up email with any relevant suggestions, practices, weblinks, botanical products, or supplements discussed during the session — giving you a concrete action plan to work from.

  • Our private Alchemy Club members receive a nice discount for a Wizard Lifestyle Consult with Dr. Nick at ~50% off. This option does not entail discussions about custom blends or product development service, and is tailored to personal lifestyle goals.

  • This is a personalized 1-hour conversation about lifestyle optimization with Dr. Nick. This option provides an array of lifestyle solutions, ranging from botanical, technological & health practices to hone in on your goals. You will receive a follow-up email with any suggestions, practices, weblinks, botanical products, or supplements to continue to take action with discussed recommendations.

• Product Development Consulting (Up to 1 Hr) — $575
  • This is a more advanced consulting discussion targeted around product development & extraction methods for a concept formulation. Having formulated well over 100 different essential oil products, extracting over 20 plants in-house using ultrasonic extraction technology, a single hour of brainstorming a concept can help actualize and expedite a concept into a finalized sample. We may rule out inefficiencies, come up with new additions to a formulation, and select ideal extraction methods for your vision.
  • In some cases, a client may desire assistance with sourcing plant material or plant extract — this may be offered on a case-by-case basis, for an additional referral fee.
• Bundle Package (3 Sessions + $150 Product Credit) — $888
  • Our Bundle Package includes an initial full health intake and three 1-hour sessions to track positive movement forward. This will take place at a rate of 1 meeting per month and will be valid for 3 months from the date of the first call, with the mutual goal to maintain a general trend of growth together. Our Bundle Package includes $150 Product Credit.
  • Clients will have the optional opportunity to retake health intake forms prior to subsequent meetings to review and compare progress & results on goals.

EOW offers two pathways for custom blending, depending on your intent.

Personal Lifestyle Consultations (Quick Consult, Private Consult, Bundle Package) focus on recommending the right oils, tinctures, and practices for your personal wellness goals. During these sessions, Dr. Nick may help you identify which products or blend combinations would best serve your needs.

Product Development Consulting ($575/hr) is designed for those who want to bring a formulated product to life. Dr. Nick has formulated over 100 distinct essential oil products and can help you develop a concept formulation, select ideal extraction methods, evaluate ingredient synergies, eliminate inefficiencies, and move from idea to sample. This tier is appropriate for brand founders, product developers, or existing EOW partners looking to co-develop new offerings.

In some cases, Dr. Nick can assist with sourcing plant material or botanical extracts — offered on a case-by-case basis for an additional referral fee.
