Recent research has informed that certain spectrum in the blue light bandwidth of frequencies inhibit melatonin production and cause stress to the body, thus affecting the natural circadian rhythm. Incorporating Blue Blocking Glasses was a real important addition into my life daily, ESPECIALLY before I had changed all our home lighting to more bio-harmonic lights. When I travel outside my typical bio-harmonic environment is when I tend to wear my various blue blocking glasses most religiously these days!
