Our Ultrasonic Damiana Tincture is very special – our first run produced 27 grams of Ultrasonic Damiana Extract which was infused into Organic Honey Spirits & Local Restructured Spring Water (Tub Springs, Ashland). The aromatic notes express sheer luster here ~ candy-cacao, earthy tones and spice.  Reminiscent of our first Ultrasonic Hawaiian Sandalwood extract.  Flavor profile is that of a fine honey cacao elixir that warms the body and invites the spirit to play!

Damiana is a popular herb with the Mayan & Mexican natives for millennia.  Often times drank as a tea or infused into high proof liqueur, Damiana is culturally used as a digestive aid, aphrodisiac and to aid with stress.  The effects are mood stabilizing, relaxing, and playful with a generalized well-being that comes over the body.

What is Dr. Nick’s Experience?

Dr. Nick’s first day experiments started with ~1 gram (fingerprint) of pure Damiana extract (VERY HIGH CONCENTRATION) to test safety and effects.  We are very excited about this one!  The body/mind feels more connected, euphoric and the cerebrum increases tingling.  This is a very feel great extract with a more forgiving therapeutic window compared to our Mugwort product.  Over the course of several hours, Dr. Nick increased his intake by another half gram of extract using the tincture.  With ~1.5 gram of pure extract (approximately 15 mL) the effects are pronounced, yet gentle – with no after effects, hang-over or issues sleeping.

At higher doses, the experience is more noticeable – potency similar to a mild cannabis without any cognitive dysfunction.  Clear, insightful thoughts and a mild floaty sense of the peripheral nervous system. Hyperaware of self and surroundings, generalized benevolent feelings of upliftment.

Time Warp Synergy Experience

During my dreamscape after high ingestion of Damiana Tincture (~15 mL) listed above taken with two drops of Ultrasonic Mugwort Tincture, I had a very special recollection and awaking during my dreamtime. In my experience I had awoken in my present state consciousness in my mother’s home as a teenager. I felt that I was late for my high school classes and it made no sense why I needed to go to school – confused, I did my best to recall what my classes were and when I finally asked Mom about my schedule, she laughed and assured me that I had already completed that phase of my life.

A feeling of complete freedom came over my body, mind and my spirit expanded. In this feeling of lucidity, I glided in a between liminal space for ~20-30 minutes which I would describe as a hyper aware space of no-mind, deep inner peace. Perhaps a gamma-brain wave state in-which I was the observer, aware of this spacious, no-mind place radiating inner joy. Slowly I accepted and choice to elevate from this space and very gently awoke in a super-relaxed, hyper-focused space with a potent level of meditative stillness.

This is not a suggestion for usage or dosage, just a report of one wondrous experience and what is possible with the potency of these extracts. Similar feelings (more mild) are achieved from far smaller doses (1/4 dropper to 1 dropper).
