Docta’s Notes

I have used Syrian Rue and Syrian Rue extract dozens of times, ranging from low to high dosage. The seed contains some levels of toxic constituents which can be removed using an extraction process, compared to the pure seed.

Most of Ancestral Magi’s formulations are micro-mini doses of the seed intended for general health and well-being. They have evaluated and collected much primary literature and research associated with beta-carbolines found inside the Syrian Rue seeds.

A synposis of effects collected from Ancestral Magi suggests neurogenesis, antiinflammatory and cognitive support. Ancestral Magi produces a very clean Syrian Rue extract and different formulations with targeted dosages and botanical synergies. Their function range from vivid dreaming, cognitive health, mood enhancement, and I have had great results with most of their supplements.

Negative / Neutral Experiences:

– The sleep formulation Haurvatat kept me wired and did the opposite of what it intended to do in my body.

-The micro Ameretat formula didn’t confer any notable benefits in my physiology, but may be valuable in an elderly body / mind not desiring any notable, yet mild psychological shifts.
