The first oil in my chakra set that I ran out of. I followed Dr Nick’s advice and dropped it onto my crown chakra from a few inches above my head. Breaking through my auric field . I then rub it into my head and also spread the oil onto my pillow at night. It helps to slowly bring my energy up into my crown and elevates my awareness into the cosmic.
