Uses
Essential Oil Blend - Powerful to apply in front and on the throat. Rub several drops into hands and take three deep inhalations through the mouth. Massage into neck and back of throat. Nice applied to the body for energetic cleansing used as a massage oil (avoid on sensitive skin/areas). Powerful at redirecting the emotional centers when used in an environment through a diffuser.
Tincture - Powerful! Apply one drop to the tongue, roll the tongue and take a deep inhale. Helps to open up the airways, clear throat blockages and support communication. Very refreshing, deeper & most effective formulation for Throat administration!
