Extracted from the Oleoresin of sweet paprika, this wild spice adds a pep of flavor to exotic dishes with hints of health promoting properties. The Organic CO2 extract of Capsicum annuum is rich in carotenoids and capsaicinoids. This varietal of pepper is dark red colored peppers dried, milled with seeds removed to produce a powder which is extracted. The final product provides a mild aromatic flavor with very little capsaicin (tested at 150 PPM).

This supercritical paprika extract is standardized with organic sunflower oil to 40,000 CU (3% carotenoids) with Rosemary Antioxidant added to stabilize and add anti-microbial benefits to the final product. The extract was added into a water dispersible mixture that aids in absorption into the body and hydrophilic mediums. This product contains carotenes, capsanthin, capsorubin, fatty oil and traces of tocopherol and volatile aromatic compounds.

How to Use

  • Add 1-3 drops into large pot of stew, chilis, soups for flavors and nutritional benefits.

  • Infuse into a cooking oil to enhance the flavors and add nutritional carotenes to the product

  • Can add into fruits, beverages, dairy or oils to aid in stabilization.

  • Adds vibrant color and a mild flavor profile – be creative!

  • May provide some minor anti-inflammatory benefits infused into a massage oil – do not use in sensitive skin / areas of the body.


Not for use with nasal membranes or eyes.
