Dr. Nick Notes

Garlic is a spectacular concentrated plant product that produces a superior quality CO2 extract for culinary and health purposes. This extract has been infused into 10% Olive Oil to aid in its usability by the manufacturer. Garlic is high in Sulfuric compounds: garlic extract can be irritating for the digestive system in larger doses and when ingesting a person may eliminate potent garlic odors from their skin / body.

Several population studies show an association between increased intake of garlic and reduced risk of certain cancers, including cancers of the stomach, colon, esophagus, pancreas, and breast. Garlic (CO2) is an uncommon botanical extract and great to keep around one’s medicine chest / culinary collection.

I’ve noted that garlic is historically revered as an aphrodisiac – imagine hundreds of years ago, fine dining in Italy with garlic-laced entrees paired with warming red wines over a romantic dinner. When consuming larger amounts of garlic, one may notice increased sexual drive – whether or not the smell of garlic is attractive to other partners/lovers is up to one’s perspective.

CO2 Extracted Garlic… Wildly Unique & Wonderful!

How to Use

  • Can be used in culinary enhancement by dilute 3-7 drops in 8 ounces of liquid or dressing
  • Garlic works as an analgesic and may be massaged into the skin – try 10% infused into almond or olive oil, especially combined with other warming analgesics (ie. Nutmeg, Black Pepper).
  • A drop or two on a cotton ball or a drop on a Q tip ~ apply to dry socket or aching tooth. May also be effective in preventing cavities
  • Can apply onto fresh wounds with it’s powerful anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal properties, best diluted (may sting).
  • Infuse drops into raw honey to create a potent medicinal concentrate!
