Essential Oil Wizardry is aware of the possible privacy concerns of our users because of the virtual environment we participate in. We do not use or share your user information with any third party. The information you share with us is retrieved with the consent of the individual. 

Using Cookies

The information that is collected by EssentialOilWizardry.com is collected with full consent of the user/customer, i.e. it is voluntarily given. We do not share or sell this information with a third party, with the exception of embedded content (see below). The information shared by the customer is safeguarded to maintain the privacy, integrity, and security of the owner. We may pass the information you share around within our organization and use it to improve your experience as a customer and improve our operations to better serve the customer/user. We do not use any of the information given on an individual basis. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Contributions, Comments, and Feedback

We are committed to growth and integrity! Therefore, we welcome any feedback or suggestions the user/customer offers us that will enrich the website and support further customers’ experiences. Any information shared by users on the website (via Reviews of products) is not the expressed opinion of Essential Oil Wizardry itself, but of each individual user who chooses to leave such feedback.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
